It has been a while I haven't shoot any landscape and/or architecture of any sort nowadays. Since having OMD EM1 as my photographic buddy (and dumping my old Nikon D7100), most of the time I just focus on candid, macro and street photography. I have tried to shoot landscape with this EM1 but it has disappoint me so many times - especially when shooting for slow shutter. I can clearly see the hot pixel on the image... Very frustrating!
Am I missing my old D7100? Hmm.. I don't think so. I still like my EM1 and I think I'm going to keep it for a very long time. This camera performs in almost every task, but when it comes to the landscape photography - especially slow shutter.. it sucks BIG TIME!
Take a look at the image below. Just to let you know that I've shoot 5 exposure bracketing so that I can post process the image as HDR later on. What I've found at the 30 seconds exposure image, there is a lot of hot pixel showed up and clearly noticeable especially on the darker area.

Did you see it? You people might think it is noise but it is not (I have tried to remove it via Photoshop but it still there). It is not noise - it is hot pixel. Look closely, you can see red dots everywhere.
If you are shooting SOOC (straight out of camera) you might say that its too small to be noticed. But for me, when I performed the tone-mapping on those images, the hot pixel will show up like nobody business!
Below is the image after post processing. Noticed the small white dots on my watermark below? Do you know how hard to get on top of this private building??! ~[ I'm stressed!! ]~

Nevertheless, I still shoot landscape and HDR with this camera.. Why? Because this is the only camera I have lah.. I can't print money and buy another one... Meh!
If shoot less then 30 seconds, the image is perfect - not a single hot pixel available. See two images below:

Insya Allah.. sooner or later I will definitely buy another camera... just for the purpose of shooting landscape and HDR only. DSLR or mirrorless? The time will tell...
But still, I will keep my EM1 as my daily candid, macro and street photography buddy.
